UFC 141 will take place Dec. 30, 2011 from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar and former Strikeforce heavyweight champion Alistair Overeem will headline the event in a five-round bout to decide who will face heavyweight champion Junior dos Santos.The event is the first to take place on a Friday night. UFC 141 will air on pay-per-view in North America.
